What we collect
Reckon List: the email you submit on the site, and the email on a paid order. Orders: name, email, phone, shipping address, city and country, plus the items, sizes and amounts in that order. Payments are taken by Paystack; we do not store your card number.
How we use it
List emails — including from paid orders — are used for drop and restock notices. Order details are used to confirm payment, pack and deliver, handle refunds, and contact you about that order. We do not sell your data.
Who sees it
Paystack processes payment. Delivery partners see the name and address needed to ship. We do not share the Reckon List with anyone else.
Your choices
Ask us to remove a list signup or order contact details by writing from the email you used, quoting your order reference if you have one. We keep order records as long as we need them for tax, refunds and disputes.
